Rajeev Nayak is the Founder of Value Cube Consulting LLP. He is a Registered Valuer (Securities & Financial Assets), duly registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). Rajeev is also a qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a law graduate.
With more than fourteen years of professional experience, Rajeev brings deep expertise in valuations, corporate planning and restructuring, transaction advisory, and regulatory compliances under SEBI laws.
Prior to establishing Value Cube Consulting LLP, Rajeev worked for over a decade with two Category-I Merchant Bankers, where he headed the valuation desk. During this period, he was extensively involved not only in valuation assignments but also in merchant banking engagements such as IPOs, takeovers, and delisting transactions.
Sanjay Srivastava is the Associate Partner at Value Cube Consulting LLP. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a law graduate. Sanjay is also the sole proprietor of Kumar Sanjay & Co., a practicing company secretaries firm based in the Delhi-NCR region.
Sanjay has more than fourteen years of experience with specialization in corporate laws, secretarial compliances, FEMA compliances, business restructuring, and advisory support for sectors such as restaurants and bar establishments, including lease and license registrations.
He has appeared before various quasi-judicial authorities in matters relating to compounding, revival of companies, and regulatory approvals. Sanjay has also represented clients before Regional Directors (RDs), Registrars of Companies (ROCs), and government ministries for a wide range of corporate law matters.
With strong legal acumen and hands-on regulatory experience, Sanjay plays a key role in facilitating complex transactions and ensuring smooth regulatory outcomes. Over the years, he has built a positive and credible reputation with regulatory authorities and government bodies.
